Can I have additional files added to previously submitted answers after the form has been submitted?

Ciao vorrei sapere se è possibile che un utente possa aggiornare il proprio form inviando nuovi file. Ad esempio, voglio inviare un link ad un utente che mi ha già risposto ad un modulo (oppure farlo loggare da qualche parte) per richiedere materiali aggiuntivi o file aggiuntivi senza fargli compilare nuovamente il form e aggiungendo le nuove risposte e i nuovi file alla risposta data inizialmente.

• Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the Settings menu, click on Emails and hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email.
• Click on the Pencil icon, and in the window that opens, click on the Form Fields dropdown menu and select Edit Link.
• After adding the link, click on Save, and you're done.

After submitting the form, the submitters will get an email like the one below:

Thanks for getting back to us. You can use the Table prefill feature for your form fillers. This way, you will be able to generate the prefill form and ask your form fillers to upload their documents. Let me show you how it works:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the screen, and then select the Table Prefill option.
3. Select the form that you want to prefill from, then choose the fields you want to take data from.
4. Click on Save Settings, and that’s it.
5. Select the Add New Prefill button in the blue color.
6. Select the row you prefill the form and click on the Create button.
7. Click on the three vertical dots, then copy the URL and paste it on What's App, or in the email for the submission edit.

Another way to explain the Jotform Prefill functionality is that you can use it by making another form with the same fields as the original form where the same data gets autopopulated plus adding the new fields where you want to add more data and upload new files. The form fillers can only access their own prefilled forms as long as they are sent an invitation or given a URL to the prefilled form.

About your question about not allowing to insert images that are already inserted in another form, are you referring to limiting the form fillers from uploading the same image in the said prefilled form? If you're referring to disabling the form fillers to upload the same image in another prefilled form, unfortunately, there is no way to disallow that.

But, let's assume that your form filler already submitted your form and uploaded the document or photo, and now you wish them to add their phone number. In this case, you can create a prefill using the 'Table Prefill' option and create a link for your form filler so they can add their phone number.

Ma purtroppo così facendo l'utente deve caricare nuovamente i file perché altrimenti il form non viene compilato giusto? Ho bisogno che un utente che ha già compilato il form, aggiunga altre risposte che aggiungo in segito.

Non esiste la possibilità di creare un utente per ogni risposta ricevuta come fosse un database?

E quindi ogni utente ha la sua email e password per accedere alla sua area utente e cambiare tutte le risposte e i dati a lui associati?
