Now, let me help you with your question. If you are looking for your subscription invoice, Let me show you how to do it:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Upgrade tab.
4. Scroll down below to Pricing. 
5. Click on the View Invoices on each invoice to see their details.
