Billing: Update billing information

    Buongiorno,

    mi sembrava di aver inserito correttamente le informazioni di fatturazione, invece non le vedo riportate nella fattura.

    Vi chiedo di inviarmi la fattura relativa a questo mese intestata a:

    • Don Pietro Margini Soc. Coop. Sociale
    • Indirizzo: Via Mons. Pietro Margini 1 Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 42049, Italia
    • VAT / GST / Tax ID IT01833950353

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I have updated the invoice details to include the address and the VAT ID. You can check the invoices to confirm. Let me walk you through it:

    2. Go to the Billing tab, and you should be able to see the Invoices section.

    Hi luisamainini,

    Thanks for getting back to us. You can easily update your email address on your account. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Go to your Account Profile, you will see the email address currently associated to the account.
    2. Click the Edit button beside the email addressChange email address in account Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10

    If the "Require verification to change email" is enabled in your Privacy option under Security. Then you will receive an email to verify the email address change request. If not, then no email will be sent out.
