What is the rules for asking email address?

Buongiorno.

Ho intenzione di lanciare un sondaggio per fare ricerca di mercato dove chiederò alle persone email per poi mandare comunicazioni e successive offerte.

Ho pensato di chiedere se mi autorizzassero a poter mandare mail o comunicazioni ma, voglio essere certa che, dall'aspetto legale questo può bastare o serve altro.

If you want to ask the email address of the form respondents, you can easily add the email field to your form. But, if you would like to inform them that you are sending offers in their emails, you can add a Terms and Conditions widget to ask their permission. 

It will allow you to link to your terms and conditions and let users agree to them with a checkbox.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Instead of Terms & Conditions, you can use Short Scrollable Terms so you can customize the content and add your own terms and conditions. Let me show you how to do it:

• In Form Builder, click the Add Form Elements button.
• Next, click the Widgets tab and select Short Scrollable Terms.
