Can I create an anonymous Survey form while tracking the form fillers details?

Now, let me help you with your question. It's currently not possible to create an anonymous survey form while collecting their details, like their names and email addresses, at the same time. In order to get the form fillers information, you'll need to add the Name or Email Address elements to your form.

You can check out Jotform's Form Analytics feature that lets you see the locations of anyone who submits a form. Let me show you where to find it on your form:

• In Form Builder, click on the downward arrow right next to Form Builder in the upper-left corner of the page.
• Select Form Analytics.
