How to clear Upload Space?

mi è arrivata la notifica del blocco causa superamento del limite di upload di 100 mb, ma non voglio fare upgrade per il momento visto che non ne ho bisogno, come posso fare per liberare spazio?

Now, let me help you with your question. To clear your Upload Space, please download your submission data and delete the submissions that have file uploads on them. If the submissions have been deleted on your Jotform Tables, please do not forget to delete them on the Trashed Entries as well. Let me show you how:

• Go to your Jotform Tables by clicking the Form Builder menu beside the Jotform logo.
• On the Jotform Tables, click the three dots beside the tab name and select Trashed Entries.

• Select All submissions then click Delete Forever.
