Limit : What happens when the limit of a plan is exceeded.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you reach your Submission Limit, all of your forms would be disabled because form fillers won't be able to reach your forms and submit it. You can check out the details about how your account limit and usage works.

I would like to clarify that with the Starter Plan, you can have up to 5 active forms. If you exceed the Form limit, the additional forms will be disabled but not deleted, and they will still be available in your account. Please note that if you reach this limit, you won't be able to create new forms until you either disable or delete some of your existing forms to stay within the 5-form limit.

When you get familiar with Jotform and want to upgrade from your starter plan, you can check out the Pricing Plan and upgrade it according to your needs.
