Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
With that being said, based on the screenshot you sent, I don't think the charge was from by Jotform so there's nothing we can do about it actually. I suggest you contact WorldPay to track where the payments are going to. You can reach out to their support here.
