Cannot Change Email Address on Account

Mi rivolgo a voi per richiedere un'assistenza riguardo alla modifica del mio indirizzo email di login. Attualmente, il mio account è associato all'indirizzo incomeltdbiz@gmail.com, e desidero cambiarlo in compliance.incomecapital@gmail.com.

Ho tentato di effettuare questa modifica attraverso l'area privata del nostro sistema. Dopo aver seguito la procedura, ho ricevuto il link di conferma sulla nuova email. Tuttavia, nonostante abbia cliccato sul link entro 10 secondi dal suo ricevimento, mi è stato segnalato che il link era già scaduto e se provo a riloggarmi con il nuovo account mi viene detto che compliance.incomecapital@gmail.com. ha già l'account con jotform (pur non avendolo mai registrato).

Potreste cortesemente assistere nella risoluzione di questo problema? Inoltre, vorrei assicurarmi che tutte le comunicazioni future siano inviate al nuovo indirizzo email compliance.incomecapital@gmail.com.
