    Ho trovato sul mio conto corrente un addebito di €11.50

    Io non ho mai autorizzato nulla e non so di cosa si tratta

    Per favore cancellate tutto e vogliate fare un rimborso

    Now, let me help you with your question. Can you send me the email address of the account that was charged, so I can check? Or, can you please provide us with the details below so we can locate the charge:

    • Last 4 digits of the card
    • Card Type
    • Amount of the last transaction
    • Date of the last transaction

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Now, let me help you with your concern. Upon reviewing your account, I couldn't find any active subscriptions, given that your inquiries were made through a Guest account. Nevertheless, allow me to guide you through the process of downgrading to the Starter plan and canceling your auto-renewal.

    1. Navigate to your My Forms page, hover over your avatar in the top-right corner, and select Settings.

    2. Within the Billing tab, choose the option labeled Change Plan.

    4. A pop-up window will appear with additional details about the downgrade. Please adhere to those instructions to proceed with canceling your plan.
