Invoice: Customize Invoice by adding different form fields

Salve,
in attesa come posso creare una modello fattura utilizzando i dati di un modulo già esistente?

E' possibile utilizzare un modello di fattura nostro, vuoto in formato PDF e inserire i campi di un modulo già esistente?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. It's easy to customize your Invoice and add the form fields there as per your requirements. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, locate your Products field, then click on the Payment Settings option available with it.
2. In the opened window on the right, go to the Invoice tab and toggle Enable Invoice to Yes.
3. Scroll down and click on Preview Invoice.
4. This will redirect you to the PDF Editor of the Invoice. From here, Exit the PDF Preview.
5. Now, add the related form fields to the Invoice from the Form Fields tab in the Add Element window on the left.

il modulo che a noi interessa creare la vostra fattura è FATTURE ON LINE - RINNOVO 2024 e non abbiamo utilizzato il modulo Pagamento Utilizzato.

Come faccio a realizzare non utilizzando quel tipo di modulo?

Thank you for getting back to Jotform Support and providing additional information. If I understand this correctly, you want to create an invoice on your form without using any payment integration, is that correct? You can create a PDF Document that you can customize to be a PDF invoice. Please have a look at this guide on how to create PDF forms with PDF Editor.

I've also made a sample on the screencast below:

• Go to the PDF Editor.
• Click on + NEW PDF and select PDF Document.
• You can customize the newly added PDF Document of what form fields you would like to show or how you would like the PDF file to appear to the fillers when they receive it.

questa prova l'ho fatta ma avendo tanti prodotti come faccio a inserire nella fattura solo i prodotti acquistati dal cliente?

Il link per la trasformazione di un PDF in XML non realizza quello che serve per il nostro sistema fiscale.

Grazie per averci ricontattato. Ho controllato il tuo modulo e ho notato che effettivamente non hai utilizzato un campo Lista Prodotti. Nel PDF Editor puoi modificare il tuo PDF a piacimento inserendo i campi del modulo tramite il menù Form Fields.

Inoltre, ho verificato il tuo modulo, e i campi lasciati vuoti dovrebbero essere nascosti nel PDF.

Puoi provare ad aggiungere i campi e verificare se vengono mostrati solo quando sono stati riempiti all'interno del modulo. Nel caso in cui non riuscissi, indicaci più chiaramente quali sono i campi e forniscici più informazioni riguardo a ciò che vuoi ottenere, saremo lieti di aiutarti. Se la situazione dovesse persistere, puoi allegare uno screenshot o una registrazione dello schermo mentre replichi la situazione. Puoi usare Loom per effettuare la registrazione.
