End of Year discount wasn't applied

Buongiorno ho tentato di acquistare in promozione 50% la licenza per due anni ma mi è stata fatturata la licenza a costo pieno.

Now, let me help you with your concern. Please note that the 50% End of Year discount is only applicable for upgrades to an annual plan and does not apply to plan renewals. If you want, you can request a refund and downgrade back to the Starter plan immediately. Once downgraded, you can then upgrade back to the Bronze yearly with the End of Year discount. Please note that your forms and submissions shall be okay if you upgrade your plan immediately. But to be on the safe side, we highly suggest that you download your submission data to have a backup before requesting a refund/downgrade. Please let us know if you want to proceed with the explained process.
