File Upload: Getting a Server Error while uploading files

Buongiorno, poco fa ho riscontrato questo problema di caricamento di file attraverso il modulo specifico offerto da Jotform. L'errore che ricevo è: Server error. Upload directory isn't writable.

Ho cercato online possibili soluzioni sul forum di supporto ma anche provando a svuotare la cache o cambiando browser il problema sembra persistere. Ho provato il caricamento sia da pc desktop che da un dispositivo mobile stesso errore su entrambi i dispositivi.

Come posso risolvere questo problema?
