Quando invio un modulo ad un mio cliente per la compilazione, è obbligatorio per il cliente fare il sign-in con Google, Microsoft o creare un account o esiste un modo per evitarlo?

    Hi studiodottcompri,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. There's a way for you to share your forms and not require your clients to create an account with Jotform. To confirm things, did you share your forms via Invite by Email option? If so, it will require the user to log in to their Jotform Account. If you want your user to access the forms without creating an account with Jotform or logging in to their existing account with Jotform. You can copy the link of your form and make sure the access settings are set to Public and share it to your users using your private email, instead of using the invite by email option.

Thank you so much Mary for your precise answer. I forgot to tell you that I would like to use the form with the encryption setting turned on. I hope this does not create further problems for accessing the form. In any case, I'll do some tests and let you know if I've solved it. thank you very much

    Hi studiodottcompri,

Thanks for getting back to us. Enabling the form encryption will protect the submission data, since you'll need the access code to be able to view those. I would like to share to you that some features in the Form Builder will become unavailable once you enable Form Encryption.

    • Autoresponder Email
    • Customizable Notification Emails — You will still receive a notification email when you receive a new submission.
    • Save and Continue Later
    • Change Email Recipient Condition
    • Integrations (Except for Payment Gateways)
    • Approval Flows
    • Jotform Sign
    • PDF Downloads — You can still view the data in the PDF Editor, but can only Print it.
    • Form Reports — Excel, Grid Listing, HTML Table, RSS, and Calendar.
    • Digest Emails — You can only receive the new submission count in the latest period of the digest.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
