  • Camp iFLY Instructor Application

  • Our Mission: iFLY Youth’s mission is to develop middle school girls of color into global leaders through international travel and community building. We prioritize girls who normally wouldn't have the opportunity to travel due to financial restraints. Since 2017, we have provided middle school girls from the Greater Washington Area the chance to explore and learn through travel to countries like Costa Rica and Colombia.

Camp iFLY: Camp iFLY consists of a 3-week day camp in Washington, D.C. and concludes with a 1-week trip to Panama this summer. Our students will have the chance to further develop their leadership skills, cultural knowledge and friendships through the implementation of our brand-new curriculum. During the summer we will host between 15-20 students.

Position Overview: We are in need of TWO phenomenal instructors who will lead our scholars this summer alongside our program manager.
