After canceling your subscription, your account will remain in the Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan for the period you paid for until the next billing date. Afterward, your account will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan and no longer be billed.
To cancel your subscription
- Go to Billing and select Change Plan.
- Select the Starter (Free) plan, then follow the instructions on your screen.

I was getting a “BLOCKED BY JOTFORM” error message on My Dr’s website where I fill out follow up forms for my appointment. I thought this what I was supposed to “download “ in order to complete the forms overnight.i was never able to fill out. I came to find out in the morning that everyone was getting that error message . It was the office to try and remove, not me. So I want this account CANCELED and I want to delete this app from my device ASAP,as it did not work anyways.. DO NOT BILL!

This is completely BS! The pricing page says you can cancel anytime. It does not say anywhere that if you have an annual subscription then you're stuck with it until the next billing cycle if you change your mind. Very confusing and misleading to find this out after the fact. Also, you guys do not send any reminders of the plans renewals, which I also have an issue with. I only received a notification of plan renewal that says this:

You can cancel at any time. Just downgrade to the free account from our billing page. You can also email Support. Even when you cancel your subscription, you will not lose any of your forms or your data.

The software will not allow me to downgrade. It says that I have to downgrade using the app, but there is nothing on the app that allows this. I want to downgrade immediatly!!!

Connecting via web browser tells me I have to downgrade via the mobile app because that is how I upgraded. However, there is NO downgrade option on the mobile app. Please set this account back to the starter/free plan, ASAP.
