Form view monthly reset

Hi,

My form https://form.jotform.com/232892368452465 cannot be filled out anymore (since the previous month, November, has already exceeded the view limit). It should have reset for December, but the form still indicates "over quota." I have cleared the cache, but the form still does not reset.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble with the Form View limit that did not reset on the first day of the month. I’ll do my best to help you out.

I’ve cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions. The Form Views limit should be normal now and your account is reactivated. If you have issues logging into your account, please clear the cache and cookies of the browser that you are using most of the time before logging in again.
