    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry but I couldn't understand what is the main concern. If I understood you correctly, do you refer to the Notification email that you received once the form was submitted? I checked your account and all forms have no submissions yet. Could you share more details about your concern to allow us to help you better with your concern? It would also help us to understand what's happening if you could send us a screenshot of the issue. Let me show you how:

    1. Once you open your thread, scroll down until you see Your Answer section.
    2. Click the Add Image button.
    3. Upload the image from your PC, then click the Add button to post the image on your thread.
