Now, let me help you with your question. You can prevent the same person from filling out your form again by enabling the Unique Field feature. I suggest using the email field to use as your Unique Field in your form. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and then click on Show More Options.
3. In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select the Email field in the Unique Field dropdown menu.
