At the end of my for I have a text box called " Summary of notes"
where I would like to collate all notes from the fields for examples
ID:#input_544 {Painting Notes}
ID:#input_329{Tile Notes}
ID:#input_545 {Cabinet Notes}
I have used the...... conditions wizard >Update a form field>Selected the field to repeat>Filled>Selected feild to repeat>Show advance Options>Add field equation as text by default>Output to field= "Summary of notes" which is ID:#input_564.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working, is there another way of summarizing or did I go wrong on my string of actions.
This is relevant to the form "BASE FORM" http://form.jotform.co/form/43335938309865
Thankyou for your assistance.

I understand that you want to put the notes from Roofing, Plumbing and Painting together in the Summary below. Since you have added different conditions for each option, the content shall be replaced when the next condition is satisfied. So, we add all the rules in one condition and add content as one result.
Also, the option "Add field to equation as text by default" from Advanced option to be checked before you add the field.
Hope this information helps! Let us know if you are referring to something different. We will be happy to help.
Thanks!

Hi bKiran
Thanks that works well, is there a way or command to separate each responce to a separate line?

It seems that if you add a
to the calculation, between the fields, it will create a paragraph:
You can test and clone the demo form:

Hi Support
Unfortunately that didn't work, I just ended up with the
inserted into my summary page. I did find however a comma or adding spaces does help, but would prefer each responce/field on a separate line in the output area.

Rather than cloning the form add it manually, also, rebuild the email notification once you are done with your calculation field.

Hi anna1989,
It seems this is more related to a formatting feature for the text area field with a conditional logic, I've created a separate thread so that we can better focus on it, please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/560149. We will address it shortly.
Thanks
