    Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked your payment history I saw that the reason why your card was declined is because it is suspected of fraud. Please reach out to your bank and have them fix this. Or, you can try using a different credit card and see if the problem is the same.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I have checked with our dedicated team, and the reason why this payment cannot be made is that the bank is tagging the payment as fraud, so please contact your bank to confirm this matter.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I understand how frustrating this is. But, this is beyond our scope. I was going over the payment attempts made on the account. The first card shows a "Transaction Not Permitted" error and the other cards show "Issuer Suspected Fraud". That's why we recommend that you coordinate with the bank who issued the card to know why the payment gets blocked. We don't have any means to investigate deeper why the charges won't go through.
