Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that since you are in a paid subscription, it is expected to auto-renew on the next billing date, September 29, 2023. You may refer to this guide on how to cancel your subscription. This will stop the auto-renewal. Once your plan is back to Starter, we'll request our team to have your credit card removed on file.
