Forms got deleted

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and I see one active form titled Truck Arrival Form. Please note that we are not allowed to delete forms without your permission. I checked your account activity and it appears that you have initiated the deletion of this form Vacation and Sick Leave Form.

Kindly check your Trash folder on your My Forms page and see if you can recover the deleted form. Here's a guide you can check on How to Restore Deleted Forms. If it is not a form but a sign document or an app instead, you can also try to check the Trash folders in your other pages like My Sign Documents and My Apps.
