Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form 231971467824465 and found that you are using a Short Text field to collect No KPS/PKS. If this information only contains numbers? If yes, you can try using a Number field and see how this goes. See the screenshot below showing the field I'm referring to use for No KPS/PKS:
