Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, this is not possible if you are referring to adding additional submissions to a Starter plan or paid subscription. You can either upgrade your account or use the options available at this link.

The monthly submissions are the total number of times the users can submit your form each month. For example, if you have a Starter account you can get up to 100 regular submissions. You are also allowed to have a fixed total of 100 MB of upload storage space for the whole account. When you are near any of the limits, you will receive a notification about it.

When you reached any of the actual limits, all your forms will temporarily be disabled (as over quota/limit). You will then have the option to upgrade to a higher plan, or if you do not like to upgrade you can wait for the submission limits to reset to "0" which happens every 1st day of the next month.
