Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and saw that your upload space is 101.10 MB out of 100.00 MB. That's why you're getting this form over quota and you have reached the upload space limit warning message. Under the Free plan, you have 100MB of upload space available. And it seems you didn't delete your submissions from the Tables page. You currently have 46 submissions in the PERMOHONAN PERBAIKAN form and there are 8 submissions left in the Trash as well.
So I advise you to download the uploaded attachments first and delete the submissions containing those items (files, images, etc.) that cause your account to be over the upload limit. You can export your uploads from Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to do that:
- On your Tables page, on the left side of the page, click on the green Download All button.
- Select Download Attachments.
- Now, the uploaded files will be downloaded to your computer.
Now, let's delete the Submissions. You need to delete submissions on the Tables page from the Trash as well so it'll free up your space. Let me show you how to do that:
- On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page to go to the Tables page.
- Then, select the entries that you want to delete.
- Click on Delete in the upper right.
- Then, click on the main tab’s Vertical ellipsis icon.
- Select the Trashed entries option.
- In the opening panel, click on Select All and click on Delete Forever.
