    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Indonesian Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Indonesian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I've checked your account and I can see that you are currently under the limit for submissions. You have used 11 submissions out of the limit of 100. I can see that you are over the limit for the Upload space. You have used 4.88GB for the limit of 100MB. It seems like your subscription was downgraded hence your Upload space was decreased. You will need to delete the submissions with the uploads and purge them to free up the space or Upgrade to one of our subscriptions. For more information check out our pricing page.
