    Kenapa diperpanjang otomatis layanannya.. saya tidak mau.. mohon dibatalkan.. knp langsung otomatis tarik dari CC saya?

    Hi Khairun,

    Thanks for your patience. We have canceled and refunded back the $39 charge. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to come back to the account/card that was charged. The account has been downgraded to Free Starter Plan.
