Recalculate account usage limits

    Hello support jotform,

    Today, I had see in my account had 114 submissions remain in storage eventhough had been cleared in trash and do everyday.

    Please help to clear all in my trash so empty and back to zero.

    How to purge trash for clear all submissions?

    I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I've recalculated your account usage limits. Since everything is below the limit, the account is active and forms are accessible as well.

    Thank you very much that recalculate my form can be use again.

    for next, i will care my submissions and delete everyday also clear cache.
