Account quota reached - forms disabled

    Hello support jotform,

    I had noticed email form jotform that my form will be disabled because almost full.

    how to really clear submissions? In my way, each one day i had been cleared submissions and inbox also cleared cache.

    And in my account form still view almost full? how to restore for use again?

    Untill i have been done, nothing changed in my account and they become disabled/over quota.

    I have to do every day at 10 pm cleared submissions, inbox, make sure all deleted permanently but still remain in my account submissions full not empty?

    I have know about my free account and limitations, with clear submissions and clear cache, but nothing work.

    If there any solutions for hep Us?

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I understand that your forms have been disabled due to reaching our account limits. I have reviewed your account and found that you have exceeded the form monthly submission limit of 100. Please note that even if submissions are deleted, this count will only refresh by first of the following month.

    This is different to your submission storage of 500 where deleting submissions can free up space on your limits. To prevent form interruption, please consider upgrading your account. We also have a guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.
