Hello support jotform,
I want to ask for support about my forms.
how to really clear submissions? In my way, each one day i had been cleared submissions and inbox also cleared cache.
And in my account form view almost full? how to restore for use again?
Untill i have been done, nothing changed in my account and they become disabled/over quota.
All I have to do ask to help support from Jotform. They recalculated and voila...
my form ready to use again.
I have to do every day at 11 pm cleared submissions, inbox, make sure all deleted permanently but still remain in my account submissions full not empty?
I have know about my free account and limitations, with clear submissions and clear cache, but nothing work.
If there any solutions for hep Us?

Hello Setyo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have recalculated your form's submission limits. Currently, it is showing zero so new submissions should be accepted. In regard to form views, you are almost at your limit. However, this will reset back to zero at the first of the following month.
