Send the form to another person to add their actions

I want to make repair request form and repair action form.

Someone can make repair request through that form. So our team can know the situation or thing that need to repair. How can I synchronize repair request form and repair action form so that both form in one report automatically?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add an Approval Flow to your repair request form to send the form to the other person so they can edit the submission and add their answers or actions. Let me show you how:

1. In your repair request form, inForm Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page. 
2. On the left side of the page, click on Approvals. Then, click on Create an Approval Flow. 
3. In the page that opens, drag and drop an Email element from the left menu.
4. Add an End Element to the approval as you can see below:

Now, we will add the edit link for the email element to allow coworker 2 to edit the submission and add their answers:

1. In Approval Builder, click on the Envelop icon on the right side of the Email element.
2. Under the Recipient tab, add the other employee's email address.
3. Go to the Email tab and add the Edit link from Form Fields.
4. Click on Save, and you're done!

You should disable the workflow from restarting when the form is edited:

1. In Approvals, click on Settings in the green navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Disable the Restart Approval Flow On Submission Edit.

Now, the user will receive an email with the edit link as you can see on the below test submission:
