Tidak ada tombol Receive atau Approval

Hi JOTform Tim,

Hari ini saya mendapatkan notifikasi email ada form yang sudah dilakukan pengisian dan di email meminta saya untuk klik "tombol Receive" tetapi saat saya klik "tombol receive" masuk ke halaman berikutnya dan tidak ada tombol untuk klik Receive?

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you try to check email address where you receive an approval email? According to your workflow, you'll receive a second form with email notification on the same email address.
