Now, coming back to your question, can you give us more information about the Visit List you're referring to? I checked your form and can see that you have multiple dropdown fields with different names on them. Do you want to remove the name on the Customer Name field once selected on the initial submission? If so, this is currently not possible in the Dropdown field since it only provides options but cannot gray out the option once selected. But you can try using the Inventory widget or the Gift Registry widget since it blocks the user from selecting the option once it's already purchased or selected from the previous submission. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the Add Element button.
- Under the Widgets tab, search and add the Inventory widget or the Gift Registry widget to your form.
- Once added, add your options in the Items box.
- Lastly, click the Update Widget button.
