Hello Mayora,
We have whitelisted your account. Can you try upgrading your account directly from the billing or pricing page? Also, ensure that you do not have any plugins or add-ons installed in your browser that are hindering the website.
When you try again this time, can you share the browser console logs so we can forward them to the backend team? We have a guide here for getting the console logs.
Apart from all these, please make sure that your bank has not blocked Jotform and that all the payment requests from our end are whitelisted.

Can you double check with your bank if it allows international transactions and doesn't block Jotform payment request? Once checked, you can try to upgrade in your account pricing page. If the issue persists, can you share the browser console logs so we can forward them to the backend team? We have a guide here for getting the console logs.

We checked every detail and saw that your account looks suspicious including the cards you have used so far. We have tried to add your card details to the trust list several times on the gateways but it did not work. I wish we could have helped you, but the machine system keeps rejecting your payments, and there is no further action we can take on our side.

You can purchase any annual plan with a Purchase Order. Please note that this is only available for the annual plans. To do that, you can email quotes@jotform.com for your preferred plan with your name and email, billing address, and company information. They will help you via email if you do so.
