    Now, coming back to your question, it seems you tried to upgrade your subscription multiple times, but the card payment was declined by the bank, which caused Adyen to block your credit card and trigger the suspension in your account. I've manually reactivated your account. You can try upgrading using another credit card to prevent your account from being suspended again. Additionally, I recommend reaching out to your bank to inquire about why the card was blocked in the first place.

    saya sudah menghubungi pihak bank, dan benar2 tidak ada masalah dari mereka, saya sudah coba 2 kartu saya, saya tidak punya kartu yang lain. kirimkan saja link pembayaran langsung seperti yang dikirimkan bulan lalu
