    saya baru membuat akun di jotform, dan mencoba membuat sebuah form kuesioner, yang rencananya akan saya gunakan untuk pengumpulan data saya, namun setelah saya hampir selesai membuat nya tiba-tiba akun saya di suspend.

    pertanyaan saya :

    bagaimana mengembalikan akun saya yang di suspend?

    Our Indonesian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Indonesian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Form Login that was flagged as offering a fake service. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    I’ve deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate one.
