Bagaimana cara mengsoosngkan ruang unggah,

karena beberapa file sudah di delete namun space ruang unggah tidak berkurang

Now, coming back to your question, do you mean that you've deleted submissions that have uploads, and still the usage have not decreased? Make sure that you remove them from the trashed entries as well, to ensure it free up space. Let me walk you through it:

You will first need to open the Trashed Entries:

1. In the Jotform Table, click on the three dots icon beside the tab name.

2. Select Trashed entries from the list of options.

After that, you will need to remove the deleted submissions, from the Trash panel:

1. Select all or any particular submissions you would like to delete from the Trash Panel.

2. Click on Delete Forever.

3. Lastly, click on Delete to confirm.
