How to free up my space

How do i delete my data to free my space ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you perhaps referring to freeing up your Upload Space? I checked your account and your Upload Space is currently at 333.48 MB / 1.00 GB. You can go ahead and delete entries with uploaded files to free up space. You can download them first if you want to have a backup. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Tables, click on the Download All button on the upper right side of the page.

2. In the dropdown, you'll then have the option to Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF.

Once you have a backup of your data, you can now delete and purge the submissions. Here's how to do it:

1. On the My Forms page, click on the form with submissions you want to delete.

2. Click on Submissions.

3. Select the submission that you want to delete.

4. On the top-right side of the screen, click on Delete.

5. On the pop-up that shows, click on Move to Trash.

6. Click the main tab’s vertical ellipsis icon and a dropdown panel will show.

7. Click on Trashed entries.

8. A pop-up window will appear on the right side of the screen. Click on Select All.

9. Click on Delete Forever.

10. Lastly, click on Delete to purge the selected entries.

If you don't want to delete any of your submissions, you can go ahead and upgrade your plan subscription to get more Upload Space. Just go to Jotform's Pricing page and it will show you the list of plans available.
