selamat pagi
saya baru membuat akun di jotform, dan mencoba membuat sebuah form pengajuan pinjaman, yang rencananya akan saya gunakan untuk pengumpulan data orang yang akan meminjam uang, namun setelah saya hampir selesai membuat nya tiba-tiba akun saya di suspend.
pertanyaan saya :
bagaimana mengembalikan akun saya yang di suspend?
apakah form yang baru saya buat bisa di gunakan kembali?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Now, coming back to your question, your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Form that was tagged as spam/phishing. We understand that this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.
I did check your form, and it looks like the tagging was a false positive, so I reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. However, I deleted one of the page break because it was labeled as Login. Take a look at the screenshot below:
I also recommend you use the word ID instead of card to avoid your form being flagged by our phishing detector.
