Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Indonesian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Indonesian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Formulir PPDB 2025/2026 that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.
For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
