If I understand your question correctly, you'd like your form users to receive an email on form submission. If so, this can be done by setting up an Autoresponder email. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email, and customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
