Why my account is suspended?

halo, kenapa akun saya bisa di suspend? saya tidak melanggar apapun dalam jotform ini. saya sangat membutuhkannya karena banyak data costumer yang harus saya cek. mohon untuk di buka kembali akun saya.

Now coming back to your concern, your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named KLASMEN LOMBA SUPER EURO 2024 NAGALIGA that was flagged as offering a fake service. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

I’ve deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate one.
