Now, coming back to your question, the Starter (Free) Plan has a limit of 100 submissions per month. This submission limit will reset on the first day of the month. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset or upgrade your account to increase your limits. You can create up to 5 forms, and your upload storage is 100 MB with the Starter Plan.
