Dynamic QR Code is not being displayed on form

Now, coming back to your question, the reason why the QR code is not displaying is that you have the incorrect field label. In the Dynamic QR Code settings, you've entered {Kode Kupon} instead of Kode Kupon. Let me show you how to fix it:

• In Form Builder, select the Dynamic QR Code and click on the Wand icon.
• In the widget settings that open on the right side of the page, replace {Kode Kupon} with Kode Kupon.
• Finally, click on the Update Widget button.
