Hi adityabahi,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Indonesian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Indonesian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and I can see that your current upload space usage is 998.35 GB out of the 1.00 TB limit.
The upload space limit refers to the files uploaded by the users. If you have a File Upload field in your form and the user attaches files and submits them, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted in your upload space. This limit does not reset, you need to delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to free up the space. Let me show you how to do that:
- On your Submissions Table, select the submissions that have uploaded data on them then click the Delete button on the right side of the page.
- In the mini window that pops up, select Move to Trash.
- Click on three dots icon and select Trashed Entries.
- Select the submission you want to delete and click the Delete Forever button.
- Finally, click the Delete button to confirm the deletion of the submission. This will completely purge the submission along with its uploaded data.
- Another way is to click the File Upload column on your table and select the attachments then click the Delete button.
- Then click the Delete file(s) button. This will delete the attachments directly and you don't need to check your Trashed Entries. Take note that this will only delete the attachments, not the submission itself. You can also check out this guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data?
If you plan to do that first method, you can Download Form Submissions first to avoid losing data.
I recommend checking out our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits
Let us know if you need any other help.
