Suspended and banned IP

please help me, if I use wifi to access jotform, the jotform access has been banned, please whitelist my ip address 112.78.137.46

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the IP and it is currently associated with a Jotform account that is currently suspended, adliriyantosudarsono. The form 212650583077053 uses a copyrighted logo. We can unsuspend the account and unban the IP if you allow us to remove the logo or delete the form.

Thanks for getting back to us. Upon checking, the logo is already removed and the account has been suspended for some reason. Anyhow, I added the IP to the whitelist. Can you try again?
