Terms and Conditions:
The Carlist.my Limited Edition TnG card will only be given out once the EasySell registration and payment has been completed. The Carlist.my Limited Edition TnG Card carries no cash value and cannot be transferred, negotiated or sold and cannot be redeemed against cash. The registrant and the redeemer of the Carlist.my Limited Edition TnG card in any manner shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions, Personal Data Protection notice, and Privacy Policy available on the Carlist.my website.
You agree to comply with all data protection provisions including, without limitation, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any other applicable legislation relating to data protection and in this respect, you consent to the processing of your personal data (as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act 2010) by Carlist.my in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Notice http://www.carlist.my/personal-data-protection-notice and for such purposes as may be necessary for the provision of the Services.
You further consent to the:
(a) processing of your personal data by Carlist.my and the transfer to and subsequent processing thereof, locally and outside Malaysia, by any related companies; and
(b) transfer of your personal data by Carlist.my to third parties authorised by the Company, locally and outside Malaysia, and the processing of the personal data by such third parties who, in the normal course of their business, require such access to, and carry out the processing of, the personal data. For the purpose of this Clause, “third party” includes but is not limited to Carlist.my’s authorised service providers, government or quasi-governmental organisations.
Without prejudice or derogation to this Clause and in addition to the consent given above, you further agree to give your separate written consent to the processing of your personal data in the form and substance as may be required by Carlist.my.
