With Jotform Apps, you can configure your app’s company access permission to limit your app’s accessibility and make it available only to people within your organization. This setting can help if your app’s content and functionality are designed specifically for internal use.
To configure your app’s access settings
- In the App Builder, go to Publish at the top.
- Select Settings.
- In the dialog, select Company Access.
- Enter your company’s domain name under Require organization email domain.
Once configured, your app users are required to log in to their registered Jotform account with the same email domain you specified to view your app.

Is there any way to register users who ado not have a company email address and therefor liit access to the app?
