HIPAA accounts and the forms are served from hipaa.jotform.com and marked with a HIPAA compliance badge. Once you enable features that help with HIPAA compliance on your account, the badge will appear in the upper-left corner of your dashboard.
Your form fillers can also find the badge at the bottom of your forms.
Please note that while Jotform provides tools to help with HIPAA compliance, it’s important to ensure that your handling of personal health information complies with all aspects of HIPAA.

Will this change or hinder my approval workflow of my forms? Current my forms are sent to the approver as an attachment. Will the approver need to follow a different process in order to approve my forms?
